Maskbunny

Maskbunny was a privacy-focused email forwarding service. It let you create a unique alias for every site, keep your real address hidden, and receive messages in your usual inbox.

ORIGIN

We protect our passwords, but give the other half of the sign-up form, our email address, to almost every service we use. If one account is compromised, that address can be used to connect it to others. I built Maskbunny to give people a simple way to hide it.

CLOSING

A privacy-focused service deserves continuous attention and care. I could no longer give Maskbunny the level of commitment it needed, so closing it was the responsible thing to do.
